Four contract types with the law’s conditions applied on screen: probation up to six months, a term up to ten years, hours up to forty. Annexes change a contract without touching the original; signed terms and terms in force stand side by side.

The month’s payroll is prepared from contracts and hours, reviewed line by line and locked. Gross, the employee’s pension, the taxable base, tax by bracket, net and the employer’s share. The payroll book keeps the year; the payslip is issued as a document.

Decisions, certificates, declarations and travel orders with a protocol number that cannot be withdrawn. The PDF is generated by the platform, the physical signature is recorded by scan beside the original, and the content hash makes “unchanged” verifiable.
Requests, approvals and a balance computed from the leave ledger, not from a stored number. Carry-over from last year is written off on the law’s date; the annual grant runs by itself for companies that ask.
The payroll book and staff cost for every year, Excel exports under the same access rules as the screen, and the ATK and Trust declarations with their deadlines.
Conversations between the company, the accountant and the employee inside the platform, with files, with confirmed reading, and with a notification that does not chase you by email for every message.
Every action stays: who did it, when, what changed, from which address. Readable day by day by the accountant and the administrator.

Not a foreign product with a translation. The rates and the laws are part of the platform and are published by it.

A document with a protocol number cannot be withdrawn. A correction is a new version and the old one stays readable.
Every action stays in the history. Deleting a user does not shorten their trail.
